**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
**Job Description**
The HVAC Technician supports the Refrigeration Shop by performing planned maintenance, repairs, and project work on commercial and residential HVAC systems and a wide range of refrigeration equipment across multiple properties. You will work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of building systems. This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with participation in a rotating on‑call schedule as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and residential HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
+ Install, repair, and replace chillers, central air systems, window air conditioners, and other refrigeration equipment.
+ Adjust or replace worn or defective mechanisms and parts, and reassemble repaired systems to ensure proper operation.
