We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join the maintenance team of a high-end luxury estate in the Cape Winelands. This role is critical to ensuring guest comfort, operational efficiency, and the smooth running of multiple hospitality, restaurant, and residential facilities across the property.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in preventative maintenance, quick fault-finding, and maintaining premium standards.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the estate. The environment includes restaurants, guest suites, wine facilities, and operational buildings — all requiring consistent climate control and high attention to detail.
