About the Role
Ellis Don is looking for a Refrigeration/HVAC Technician in Cold Lake, AB to support one of Alberta's largest career-defining projects, including Defense Canada's new home for the F35 Fighter Jets.
Responsibilities
- Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on refrigeration/HVAC (HVACR) systems.
- Coordinate with the foreman and other trades to complete work orders efficiently.
- Inform personnel about procedures and status of work orders to support decision making and compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Inspect HVACR components (e.g., heating units, exhaust fans, ventilation units, refrigeration plants) to evaluate condition, identify repairs, and recommend maintenance.
- Install heating and air‑conditioning equipment and systems to enhance capabilities.
