**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing HVAC and light refrigeration service calls for commercial customers. You will travel to multiple sites each day, communicate directly with customers, diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems, and complete corrective repairs to restore safe and efficient operation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform 3–6 HVAC and refrigeration service calls per day at commercial locations such as restaurants, convenience stores, markets, and other commercial buildings.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to understand reported issues and explain recommended repairs and solutions.
+ Diagnose problems with HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs) up to 25 tons, air handlers, make-up air units, exhaust systems, and compressors.
