What You Will Do
You will drive aftermarket sales growth for Johnson Controls’ HVAC portfolio across South Africa and surrounding regions, focusing on service contracts, retrofits, upgrades, and maintenance packages. Your role centers on expanding customer relationships, identifying service opportunities, and positioning Johnson Controls as the preferred partner for lifecycle HVAC support.
What you will do
Grow aftermarket revenue through service agreements, maintenance packages and retrofit projects.
Manage and expand a portfolio of end users, facility managers, contractors, and building owners
Identify aging equipment and propose upgrade paths, energy‑efficiency improvements, and reliability enhancements
Collaborate with service operations to ensure accurate scoping, quoting, and delivery
