Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC field experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to project management.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
- Experience with industry software such as ServiceTitan, Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record is essential; EPA Universal or PMP certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is strongly preferred.
