HVAC/ Maintenance Tech

Job Description Job Description Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client is seeking a HVAC / Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for performing HVAC service and preventive maintenance, as well as general facility maintenance and repair tasks throughout different locations.

Summary
Shift: 7:30am - 4pm
Pay: $23 - $27/ hour depending on experience plus mileage reimbursement.

HVAC / Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
HVAC Duties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, and cooling towers
• Inspect and ensure proper operation of all HVAC equipment
• Adjust and replace thermostats
• Clean condenser coils
• Replace air filters
• Adjust dampers and diffusers for proper airflow
