If you are an HVAC professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will operate and maintain all heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment to support environmental conditions throughout the facility.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Work with drawings, specifications, or instructions, to operate and maintain all boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, heat pumps and pneumatic or electronic controls.
+ Respond to emergency requests to eliminate unsafe or inefficient conditions.
+ Install new equipment and modifies existing equipment to maintain humidity or temperature levels as required.
+ Provide chemical control to chiller and boiler water to ensure efficient operation.
+ Use preventive maintenance program to ensure that a wide variety of HVAC equipment is maintained on a regular basis and kept in good working order.
