HVAC Install Helper

Job Description

We require an energetic, motivated, and career‑minded Install Helper to be responsible for performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

What we are looking for:

• 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters;( asset)
• Successful completion of a post‑secondary diploma in HVAC;
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License;li>
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
• Clear Criminal Record
• A valid class “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean record;
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
