Job Description
Assists the HVAC Supervisor with planning and execution of construction, renovation, and capital projects.Assists in the development of projected costs for components, materials, tools or equipment for HVAC related projects & repairs. Helps to mentor and provide direction to Centra HVAC I & II caregivers. Assists with coordination and execution of controls & BAS related work by outside vendors.Provides oversight of assigned jobs & projects to help ensure scheduled work is completed in a timely manner.Assists in maintaining a proper inventory of parts & supplies routinely needed for PM & CM activities. Assists in ensuring compliance with safety procedures and use of PPE by HVAC I & II caregivers.Works alongside other HVAC technicians (internal or external) to ensure jobs & projects are completed to Centra’s quality standards, in conformance to applicable drawings or schematics, and to code requirements.
