HVAC Foreman/Supervisor

Job Description: Proficient in CAFM System for reviewing and closing HVAC related work request. Responsible for preparing RFEs and Maintaining HVAC-related documentation Coordinate material arrangements and distribution as per the site requirements. Supervise and lead a team of 10+ HVAC technicians, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across commercial and critical infrastructure facilities. Lead HVAC service continuity for DCI central plants, supporting uptime targets of for essential services. Prepare survey reports and RFEs, attach quotations, and submit through CAFM Software for client review and approval. Manage PPM and CM work orders in Marafiq CAFM Software, including closing work orders, updating checklists, estimating WRs, tracking pending RFEs, and generating maintenance reports.
