Job Description
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has an opening for an HVAC estimating Department Manager. This individual will oversee a 15-person residential HVAC department. This candidate will need high acumen in Wrightsoft,and Wrightdraw, Energy Calculations and Residential Duct Design.
Responsibilities :
+ Oversee HVAC estimating team
+ Receive and review blueprints from clients
+ Prepare bids for new work
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Extensive personnel management and job duty assignment
+ Task scheduling experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
+ Ability to read blueprints and interpret the HVAC requirements
+ Understanding of HVAC installation in residential new construction homes
