In this role, you will assist users navigating Payments & Orders for a major global platform, ensuring smooth, secure, and successful digital transactions.

This is a Work From Home (WFH) position open to candidates residing in the Lisbon region, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of remote work alongside the option to visit our local office hub for community events and team touchpoints.

The Role

• Transaction Support: Assist Hungarian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone with order confirmations, billing discrepancies, payment failures, and refund requests.
