Human Resources Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Mexico. This position will be responsible for daily HR management and full‑cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, training, performance support, compliance, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from large‑scale plants or automotive / industrial manufacturing companies such as Top Group, Sanhua, Toyota, or similar organizations. Strong English communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations for the Mexico plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, training, and offboarding.
