Summary About the Position: Serves as expert advisor and staff action officer at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level for the development of policies, concepts, guidelines, and supplementary instructions on U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) programs in the European theater. Responsibilities Conduct broad surveys and studies to determine the effectiveness of regional HR programs. Interpret Human Resources legislative guidance to prepare recommendations for management.
