Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the PLANS & PROGRAMS DIVISION (SP10) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. Responsibilities You will perform job analysis, workforce planning/analysis, and advise management on identifying, attracting, and retaining a high-quality and diverse workforce that is capable of accomplishing the organization's mission You will provide advisory services to management on staffing actions to include placements, merit promotions, and recruitment from internal and external sources.
