Job Summary
Join our Global People Services & Solutions (GPSS) Country Services team and play a key role in delivering a seamless employee and candidate experience. This role is responsible for coordinating interview activities, onboarding support, employment document administration, contract renewals, records management, new hire support, and various HR operational activities to ensure a seamless employee and candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, administrative support, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information accurately.
