Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Support business leaders and employees on HR‑related matters, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the (Specify Industry, e.g., Tech, Healthcare) sector.
