Job Description
Assistin the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, learning and development, employeewelfare, and engagement activities.
Handle HR operational matters such as leave and attendance tracking,social insurance, health insurance,employeeclaims, and internal communications.
Support payroll preparation and coordination with externalpayroll vendors, ensuring accuracy andtimelysubmission.
Maintain and administer HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Prepare andmaintainemployee records,contracts, HR documentation in compliance with Vietnamlaborregulations
Assistin implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
Support employee engagement activities, company events, and training programs.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
