Location: Mexicali & Tecate, Baja California, Mexico
Salary: MX$900,000 annually + benefits
Work Model: On-site (3 days in Mexicali, 2 days in Tecate)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Multi-Site HR Business Partner to lead and manage all Human Resources functions across our two manufacturing sites in Mexicali (320 employees) and Tecate (61 employees) .
This role will serve as a strategic and operational HR leader, working closely with site leadership and corporate HR to drive compliance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be based near Mexicali and comfortable traveling between both locations weekly.
