Job Description
A. RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
- 100% recruitment requirements are duly filled up within the turn around time.
- Oversees all pre-employment requirements, documents and orientation are completed upon 1 month employment.
- Oversees the clearance process of the separated employees, ensures that 100% of the separation documents are filled out, signed and notarized as needed.
- Ensures 100% coordination regarding renewal of contracts, procedures and immediate concerns.
- Issuance of COEs.
- Conduct trainings and seminars.
- Updates and monitor 201/Employee Masterfile database, active and separated.
B. EMPLOYEE RELATION AND EVALUATION
- Reviews and updates the Code of Discipline and incorporates all changes as needed.
- Ensures timely preparation of employee notices and sanctions for violations of the company Code of Discipline, then endorses them for review and approval.
