About the Role
The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations at the Oakville site, reporting to the VP of HR. This is a hands‑on role responsible for recruitment and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement. You will work closely with site leadership and corporate HR to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices while supporting ongoing organizational growth.
