About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to manage core HR operations for our India team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
This is not a traditional HR Business Partner-heavy role. The immediate need is for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, speed, and ownership to HR operations in India.
You will work closely with the global People team, leadership, Finance, Recruiting, and employees in India to ensure smooth employee experience and compliant HR processes.
What You'll Own
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for India employees.
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, background checks, employee record creation, and first-day readiness.
Own offboarding processes including exit documentation, asset coor...
