Job Description
Malaysian company specializing in architectural aluminium and façade solutions, delivering products and services for construction projects. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function. Office located in Puchong.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the company's HR function.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and HR governance.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for both office and site-based positions.
- Review and enhance compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee payroll, leave administration, attendance, and HR operations, working closely with internal stakeholders or external service providers.
