The head of HR will lead the organization’s HR, people & culture function, driving the people strategy, compliance, culture, recruitment and employee experience to support sustainable growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:          
As the HR Manager you will need to have a good understanding of the labour law to cover the following functions:

• Compliance and employee relations


• Recruitment and talent acquisition including the onboarding and off boarding process


• Cultural initiatives


• Change management


• Employee recognition and incentive structures

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related field


• 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
