**Job Description**

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting all human resources functions across operational locations in the Houston Market, with a primary focus on talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations. This role partners closely with operational and culinary leadership teams to recruit, develop, and retain top talent while driving a positive employee experience. The position also plays a key role in supporting major events, including workforce planning and HR coordination for the Houston Open Golf Tournament for both Men's and Women's events.
