Job Description

            Key Requirements  7–10 years of HR experience 
Strong background in wholesale, FMCG, retail distribution, trading, supermarket, foodstuff, logistics, or manpower-based operations 
UAE HR experience preferred 
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR compliance 
Experience in manpower planning, restructuring, HR strategy, performance management, and process improvement 
Ability to work closely with senior management and influence business-level decisions
