About the job HUMAN RESOURCES & IR MANAGER

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The role drives an employee-orientated culture with emphases on quality internal services, employee development and retention, and continuous improvement. The role serves as a senior support role to the management on site.

QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations Management. Minimum 5 years of HR Management experience. Labour relations training

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Recruitment and performance CCMA Project and conflict management Training and development Budgeting BBBEE knowledge HR Generalist and Payroll Administration Minimum 3 years experience in HR supporting role dealing with at least 100 employees Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Strong Excel) Sound knowledge of labour laws (BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA) Strong Administration Skills
