The HR Manager will support 70+ employees and serve as the go-to HR leader for all aspects of human resources. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.


The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including payroll, employee relations, compliance, compensation, talent development, performance management, HR reporting, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ADP Workforce Now, compensation design, career pathing, leadership development, and coaching managers across the organization.
