Human Resources (HR) Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead the full HR function for a manufacturing organization in Clackamas, Oregon. This Contract position will support a workforce of approximately 100 employees in a primarily blue-collar environment, partnering closely with local leadership and the HR Director. The role is ideal for someone who brings strong judgment in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead all core human resources activities for the Clackamas, Oregon location, serving as the primary HR resource for managers and employees.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions, with a strong focus on legal compliance.
