Job Overview
Career Team is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR-related duties at a professional level and work closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR. This position supports HR policies and procedures updates, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and helps define and improve Career Team’s work culture and employment law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR programs including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health/welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations & retention, compliance, labor relations.
- Prepare and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross‑functional departments.
