About the Job

You will be part of our HR team and will be based in Valencia (Spain) and report to the HR Director of Genetic Services. This is a permanent position.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performance interviews
• Identify and collaborate with external recruitment companies
• Search for the most appropriate data sources
• Support recruiting managers to build capabilities required to recruit successfully
• Coordinate and support comp reviews and setting to ensure we are competitive to market and consistent and fair with internal practices
