Polaris Parks is seeking an HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Focus to own full-cycle recruitment across our industrial and residential portfolio, while supporting core HR operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, CV screening, structured interviews, pre-offer alignment, and pre-boarding coordination
● Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
● Run the pre-offer alignment process: confirm compensation expectations, validate commitment and counteroffer risk before any offer is issued
● Track recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate — and report on a defined cadence
