Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer administration, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Drive Emiratisation programmes and initiatives by identifying talent pipelines, liaising with government bodies and education partners, and tracking national hire targets
- Act as first point of contact for employee relations enquiries, providing guidance on policies, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters to senior HR partners
- Manage HR onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, probation tracking and exit formalities to ensure accurate records and compliance
- Maintain HRIS and employee records with high accuracy; run standard reports and support data requests for workforce planning and management reporting
