Job Description
We are seeking an active, experienced, and development-oriented Human Resources Director to lead our HR services in Kirkkonummi.
Responsibilities
- Manage the municipality's HR services within the shared services sector.
- Support managers and staff in HR matters and provide HR services in collaboration with different sectors.
- Operate and develop the service group comprehensively, supporting sector and service group managers.
- Report to the Administrative Director and participate in the municipal management team.
Qualifications
- Higher university degree.
- Experience in HR management.
- Broad knowledge of HR issues.
- Excellent oral and written Finnish language skills and good or satisfactory Swedish language skills.
- Familiarity with municipal or public administration.
- Experience in demanding leadership and development tasks is considered an advantage.
