Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end design and delivery of impact programmes including employee volunteering, wellness experiences and other employee engagement initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders such as charities, government agencies and social enterprises to develop meaningful people experiences.
- Drive programme implementation including communications, budgeting, logistics and operational coordination.
- Develop engaging content and communication materials to promote the corporate sustainability agenda, programme outcomes and stakeholder impact across internal and external channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and amplify stories that showcase social and environmental impact.
