Job Description
The position will be an extension of the HR Buisness Partner for an assigned Business Unit. The role is to undertake any HR related topic in the BU, Escalated disciplinary actions, dismissals, development programs, employee satisfaction plans and policy compliance.
Education and specific training- Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent (required)
- Promoter and Monitor of Company Values
- Strategic Partner to all department leaders for People Management strategy
- Vigilant of any employee related issues internally and externally.
- Establish and Monitor communication channels with all employees
- Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Monitor compliance to Health and Safety norms in accordance to local law and company policy.
