Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing semiconductor operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands‑on HR professional with end-to-end HR experience, capable of partnering closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role will play a critical part in strengthening our people strategy, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.

• Partner with Business Leads and Department Heads on workforce planning, manpower strategy, and talent retention initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture, morale, and retention.
• Support annual performance appraisal cycles, and collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees for performance management.
