Responsibilities

This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and provides human resources support for specific client groups and disciplines within the Life Sciences division in Cambridge, Ontario.

The HR Business Partner will be the go-to resource for People Managers and their teams for all human resources related matters and will act as a trusted coach and mentor.
