Introduction Brunel is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to our clients leaders within the Upstream – Canadian Thermal & Conventional Heavy Oil portfolio. The role works closely with the broader Strategic HR Partner team as well as the HR Centers of Expertise and the People Services Team to deliver programs and services in alignment with the business and people strategy and plans.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning
Act as a strategic partner to the various leadership teams in planning and implementing the people components of the business strategy such as organizational capacity, capability, people experience, and risk that will drive high performance of the business area
Influence the Company strategy, business and people plans to ensure they reflect the requirements of the client group
