Human Resources Business Partner

This role will be responsible for driving organizational capability, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and workforce planning to support the achievement of business objectives.

• Partner with business leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness and support the delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
• Provide HR guidance and solutions in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
