The role

This is a 12-month parental leave contract for a hands on HR Business Partner who has generalist experience in tech environments. The role requires someone who can lean on their genuine relationship skills in our medium sized business, is operationally strong, can recruit at pace, and can handle employee relations with confidence and sound judgement. You will be proficient in business partnering and comfortable working with all levels of leadership. Our teams are technical, product led, and innovative.

Alongside generalist HR responsibilities, you will work on AI-driven improvements to the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement uplift, implementation of talent and skills frameworks, and remuneration review. You will work with our modern tech stac...
