JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the incumbent plays in integral role in aligning business objectives by the tactical execution of talent strategies. Essential functions of the role include:
Lead for talent acquisition initiatives
Looking after the full employment life cycle of the Ladies and Gentlemen within the assigned business units
Execution of engagement and retention strategies
Leading and executing talent acquisition initiatives
