Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives and Australian employment law
•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, screening, interviewing, shortlisting and onboarding of new employees
•Provide practical, day-to-day HR advice to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct issues and workplace concerns
•Support investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes in accordance with legal requirements and the Fair Work Act
•Oversee workforce planning and staffing requirements across construction projects and corporate functions
•Administer and maintain employee records, employment contracts and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES and relevant legislation
