Human Resources Administrator

Location: Burnaby, BC or Oakville, ON

Reporting to the National Director of Human Resources, the HR Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources and operational leaders across Canada. As a member of an established and growing HR team, this role supports core HR operations and helps to ensure consistent and skilled employee experience within a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and health and wellness benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records, and personnel files within the HRIS platform
  • Prepare and finalize offer letters and employment documentation for review
  • Coordinate and manage all onboarding and offboarding tasks
