Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to support daily HR operations and office administration activities for our Mexico operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and compliance requirements, and be capable of coordinating with local employees, vendors, and global teams.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and employee benefits
- Assist with employee relations and HR communications
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with external payroll providers, attorneys, and government agencies when required
- Support visa, travel, and relocation documentation if applicable Manage office administration and facility coordination
