Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BA/BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent course
- With at least two (2) years of relative work experience
- With experience in Manufacturing company is an advantage
- With outstanding oral and written communication skills
- With extensive computer literacy on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Handles Government Benefits:
- Register newly hired employees to SSS, Philhealth, ECC and Pag ibig.
- Ensures the timely remittances of SSS, PhilHealth, ECC and Pag-ibig contributions/loan Payment to said agencies.
- Initiates filing of claims/benefits and makes necessary follow-up from concerned government agencies until such are delivered to concerned employees.
- Prepares certification for separating employees i.e employment and contributions to SSS, Philhealth, ECC and Pag-ibig.
