This role oversees all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations. The position plays a critical role in fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce while driving organizational growth and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
