VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Our member who is in the floriculture industry business located in Timau, seeks to fill the position of Human Resource Officer that has arisen in their company . The position reports to the director. The member is a large-scale agricultural and floriculture enterprise specializing in the production and global export of premium fresh-cut flowers and high-yield agricultural produce with a workforce of over 500 permanent and seasonal employees.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Talent Acquisition & Seasonal Labor Management - Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for permanent, contractual, and large-scale seasonal/casual workers. Develop effective workforce plans to meet fluctuating, high-demand harvest and planting seasons.
· Industrial & Employee Relations - Act as the primary liaison between farm management, workers, and labour unions. Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and ...
