ResumenThe Human Resource Generalist is responsible for control and oversee activities related to talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, labor relations, training, work environment, health and safety, and employee services. Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures established in the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and Federal Labor Law (LFT). Manage and monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring timely achievement of objectives set for the Human Resources department.
